News: Quintana Ready for Rangers

Quintana is making his fourth start of the season. In his last outing, on April 13 vs. the Indians, he allowed just one run on five hits over six innings, struck out six and walked two while getting a no-decision. He has gone 1-0 with a 3.46 ERA lifetime against Texas.
Alexei Ramirez‘s record hitting streak to start the season was extended last night to 17. Alexei singled in the fifth inning in the Sox’ loss to the Rangers. Ramirez owns a career-high 21-game hitting streak dating back to 2013, which is the 10th longest streak in White Sox history (non-single season). It’s also the longest since Carlos Lee‘s franchise-record 28 straight games in 2004.
